We are supporting a large ERP supply chain implementation and are hiring an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to act as the liaison between the project team, business stakeholders, and end users.
This role will partner closely with an established OCM and training teams, focusing on communications, training coordination, and change readiness to ensure smooth adoption across supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for OCM communications and training activities
- Support change readiness assessments and communicate change impacts to the business
- Develop and deliver clear, audience-specific change communications
- Coordinate and support training plans, schedules, and materials
- Partner with project leads, functional teams, and OCM leadership to reinforce adoption
Required Experience
- Experience supporting OCM for ERP or large digital transformations
- Strong background in OCM, communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate technical change into clear business messaging
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally
Location
- Hybrid: Onsite 2 days per week in Janesville, Wisconsin
This is a hands-on OCM role focused on practical execution and business partnership during a critical ERP transformation.
