- Assess educational needs and deliver appropriate teaching strategies to patients and families.
- Lead and manage interdisciplinary care resources to ensure quality outcomes.
- Leverage data and clinical insight to evaluate practices and promote improvement.
- Demonstrate behavior that aligns with patient-centered care and organizational mission.
- Adapt communication and behavior to match the cultural and developmental needs of diverse patients.
- Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and maintain documentation as required.
- Report compliance, privacy, and safety concerns promptly per company policy.
- Perform related duties as needed, adapting to the changing demands of a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior telemetry or acute care hospital experience.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams.

- Time management in fast-paced units

- Registered Nurse diploma (required)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Active RN license in Louisiana (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - preferred
- Certification in clinical specialty area - preferred
