Job Summary:

- Analyze data and generate reports and logs
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Develop and maintain scheduling and cost reporting, forecasts, and cash flows for multiple projects
- Support engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) planning and logistics
- Serve as a technical contact for project teams
- Approve and code purchase orders and subcontracts
- Monitor cost reports, forecast changes, and support external audits
- Review change orders for prime contracts and subcontracts
- Create and present cash flow reports and various scheduling levels
- Apply logic ties and monitor resource loading in schedules
- Conduct and support Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM)
- Generate schedule reports in appropriate formats
- Analyze schedule progress and perform what-if scenarios
- Develop earned value management systems and progress measurements
- Maintain progress curves and perform material takeoffs
- Conduct quality checks, inspections, and field audits
- Assist with project forensic analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with at least 3 years of direct project controls experience (required)
- Relevant experience may substitute for degree
- Oracle Primavera P6 experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
