- Lead engineering efforts across DevSecOps and container platforms for DHHS initiatives
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Automate builds and deployments across OpenShift, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, and Oracle
- Guide developers on platform fit and secure development lifecycle practices
- Create infrastructure as code for apps deployed in OpenShift / Kubernetes
- Build and convert Docker/S2I images and manage Quay repositories
- Administer and configure Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Create and maintain deployment documents and automation standards
- Integrate static code and vulnerability scanners (e.g., SonarQube, Coverity, Black Duck)
- Collaborate cross-functionally for deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- 8 years working with Kubernetes/OpenShift
- 8 years of Linux shell scripting
- 5 years in application containerization management
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Docker, SonarQube, Linux, Python, S2I
- Experience with ELK stack (v8 ), LDAP, NGINX, and WebSphere
- Previous use of Black Duck, Coverity, or similar security tools

- Grok filters and advanced Logstash configurations
