Contract Details:
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 12 months (extension possible up to tenure limit)

- Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr
- Support testing for multiple GCR systems, including the new Conflicts system and STAR Compliance changes.
- Execute design and operating-effectiveness testing following established standards.
- Independently perform end-to-end tasks with short-term focus and moderate complexity.
- Apply judgment to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Prioritize workload to meet testing deadlines and deliver accurate results.
- Conduct analytical research and analysis for testing engagements.
- Support follow-up and resolution of issues identified during testing.
- Ensure working-level understanding of relevant functional areas, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Control Room staff, project managers, and technology teams.
- Maintain proactive communication across project teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, equitable team culture.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, training, and team learning initiatives.
- 1 years of experience in Compliance-Control Room, compliance systems, or control testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency: comparing sheets, removing duplicates, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formatting, filtering, etc.
- Experience in broker-dealer or investment banking environments.
- Experience with Securities or previously working in a Control Room environment.
- Familiarity with conflict-clearing systems.
- Prior testing experience involving multiple systems simultaneously.
- Compliance/control systems testing
- Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, deduplication, data comparison)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Business analysis for testing workflows
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- Multisystem testing adaptability
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work independently end-to-end
- Strong analytical judgment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
