We are Seeking senior developer with 11 yrs .NET, DB2, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, system integration, change management, statutory law coding, cellular protocols, ACCESS conversion, financial transaction systems, and IBM Cloud Watson experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 11 yrs analysis & development with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, ADO.NET, Web Forms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, IBM Rational, Visual Studio, TFS.
  • 11 yrs DB2, MS SQL (2008R2 2016 ), SSRS, Oracle 11gR2/12c, PL/SQL, Toad.
  • 9 yrs team-based development, system integration, troubleshooting (proxy, DB, AD servers).
  • 9 yrs change management/code promotion (TFS 2015 ).
  • 6 yrs statutory law coding, cellular protocols (SMS/MMS/GSM/ASCII), ACCESS SQL/.NET, online financial transaction systems.
  • 1 yr IBM Cloud (Watson X, Watson-based chat assistants).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with technical staff, users, and customers.
  • Troubleshoot system interfaces and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and administrative rules.
  • Support financial transaction systems and Watson-based applications.
