Desktop Support Engineer (Windows, Intune, O365)

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20/hr   $25/hr on w2

Required Skills:

• 5  years of experience in Desktop/IT Support

• Strong expertise in Windows 10 & 11 troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Entra ID

• Knowledge of Autopilot deployment & troubleshooting

• Experience supporting iOS & Android devices

• Solid understanding of Office 365 (O365) troubleshooting & licensing

• Experience with SCCM for patching and application deployment

• VPN troubleshooting experience (Zscaler preferred)

• Strong networking knowledge (wired & wireless)

• Experience with Microsoft Teams & Zoom meeting management

• Excellent communication and customer support skills

• ITIL certification (preferred)
