- 5 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support
- Strong expertise in Windows 10 & 11 troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Entra ID
- Knowledge of Autopilot deployment & troubleshooting
- Experience supporting iOS & Android devices
- Solid understanding of Office 365 (O365) troubleshooting & licensing
- Experience with SCCM for patching and application deployment
- VPN troubleshooting experience (Zscaler preferred)
- Strong networking knowledge (wired & wireless)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams & Zoom meeting management
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- ITIL certification (preferred)
