Job Title: Collection Specialist
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Pay Rate Range: $15/hr   $18/hr on w2
 Required Skills:

• 2  years of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or account management

• Strong experience in inbound & outbound bank collection calls

• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive conversations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve delinquent accounts

• Good negotiation skills with empathy and resilience

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Basic computer proficiency (Windows environment, CRM tools)

• Understanding of collections regulations and compliance standards

• High school diploma or GED required
