Key Responsibilities
- Partner with attorneys to lead strategic marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and develop key client relationships.
- Lead profile-raising efforts through award submissions, media engagement, thought leadership, and events.
- Support high-level pitches, proposals, and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing and finance teams.
- Mentor junior BD staff, while serving as the go-to advisor for cross-functional marketing needs.
- 5 years of experience in business development or marketing in a professional services setting (law firm preferred).
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
