- Architect the Future: Move beyond maintenance; you will own the multi-year roadmap for application modernization, cloud migration, and AI adoption.

- Strategic Vision & Portfolio Ownership: Lead the lifecycle management of mission-critical platforms—including DMS, Finance/Billing, and HRIS—ensuring they align with the Firm’s long-term growth and efficiency goals.
- Technical Design & Automation: Actively design and deploy sophisticated data integrations and workflow automations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST/SOAP APIs to eliminate technical debt.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Build and scale a world-class Applications team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and ITIL-aligned service excellence.
- Data Governance & System Integrity: Oversee the stability and security of the enterprise stack, utilizing SQL Server and Power BI to maintain rigorous data quality and high-availability standards.
- 8–10 years of progressive IT experience within a law firm or professional services environment, including 5 years of direct people management.
- Technical Mastery of legal-specific stacks (e.g., iManage, Elite 3E, Intapp) and Microsoft Azure’s integration suite.
- Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical partners and stakeholders.
- Base salary range is $200k-250k depending on background and experience.
