Position: Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR/CNA)

Hours Per 2-week Pay Period: 60-80 hours per two week pay period
Shift: Days and Evenings
Schedule: Days 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm, Evenings 2:30pm-10pm or 3:30pm-10pm
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
Holiday Rotation: Yes
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the care, comfort and safety of our residents in all activities of daily living. They will assist with rehabilitation and other duties according to established routine, and as instructed by the Shift Supervisors or Charge Nurse.
Education and Experience
- Candidate must have current NAR certification from an accredited institution (or be in the process of obtaining) and be registered with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry (or willingness to obtain).
Required Skills And Abilities
- Seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills and genuine compassion for geriatric population.
- Genuine caring demeanor, willingness to serve others and smiles are a must
Compensation And Benefits
Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.
Hourly Range
$19.90 to $25.93
