About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated therapist to join our team in a full-time, weekday-only role that provides respiratory care for various programs and ensures optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care for acute care, transitional care unit, pharmacological and non-pharmacological stress tests, pulmonary function tests, and other RT specific programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the provision of diagnostic, respiratory, emergency, and critical care according to department and organizational procedures and practices.
- Conduct assessments, diagnostics, treatment, education, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required.
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the state of MN or temporary RT permit.
- Certifications: BLS, NRP and ACLS.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- EMR experience preferred; Epic/Excellian knowledge is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation decisions are made based off several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their salary range. As a nonprofit organization, employment with us may qualify for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program for eligible candidates. Additionally, this position may be eligible for relocation assistance. Hourly Range: CRT $26.21 to $36.73, RRT $33.87 to $49.22.
