As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units, overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, and promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
Oversee implementation of resident care plans
Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Previous Supervisor experience
