Full Time 11p-7a
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered
- Assess residents’ conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Promote a safe, respectful, and homelike environment
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing (PA or compact state if applicable)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Long-term care or rehab experience preferred
- Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
