Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.
All shifts available:
- 7:00am–3:00pm Full Time, Part Time
- 3:00pm–11:00pm Part Time
- 11:00pm–7:00am Full Time and Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
