Processing Inventory Supervisor

Brief Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Make sure all product gets received after every job, bucking, sorting, pre-trimming, trimming, qc, machine trimming, etc.
• Hold inventory team responsible for staging for every job day before.
• Hold team responsible for making sure tags are created in a timely manner.
• Oversee intake/outtake processes of WIP and finished goods.
• Make sure to have one day’s worth of WIP for the following day.
• Intake flower in Node, BC, Metrc, and Processing Plan.
• Make sure WIP Daily Run is filled out, including on weekends.
• Quality assurance of product being received – correct strain, batch, weights,
• Batch Grading for bucked flower and trimmed flower
• Make sure the warehouse is organized.
• Back up planner of WIP product
• Regularly Audits Inventory
• Phase Changes in BC
• Other duties as deemed necessary.
  
  

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise Inventory Technicians. Supervise product (cannabis) in the WIP Room. Supervise inventory and data processes.

Requirements

REQUIRED:

• H.S Graduate
  
  

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

While performing the duties of this job, the Processing Inventory Technician 2 will be required to regularly walk, sit and stand; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; reach with hands; and operate a computer and a tablet. Some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

Summary

The Processing Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations in the WIP Inventory Storage rooms in all packhouses. They will provide leadership and guidance to the Processing Inventory Technicians. They must delegate job duties appropriately to complete the day-to-day inventory movements and data entries. Assist with the production schedule.
