We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures and ensure all shipments meet quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL) and packing slips
- Verify orders and inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Label, package, and prepare products for shipment using proper materials
- Determine appropriate shipping methods based on company procedures
- Process inventory transactions using an ERP system
- Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts and stock organization
- Consolidate shipments when necessary to optimize efficiency
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Transport materials within warehouse or between locations as needed
- Utilize shipping systems such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS
- Run end-of-day reports to confirm all orders are shipped correctly
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and DOT safety regulations
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (inventory/shipping modules) is a plus
- Forklift (PIT) certification or ability to obtain certification

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
- Frequent use of hands for handling, packaging, and operating equipment
