Now Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing HR team in a fully remote contract role with no set end date. This position is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the communication and accountability required in a remote setting.
Salary: $65,000
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Location: Fully Remote (EST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
- Partner with HR and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, records, and reporting
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support multiple openings simultaneously, with experience managing up to 45–50 positions preferred
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience required
- Experience using recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required
Interview Process:
- Two 30-minute phone interviews with HR leadership
- One 15-minute phone interview with HR Director
