Job description: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to join our pharmaceutical distribution team. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish), experience operating a forklift, and the ability to manage warehouse documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver:
- Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation accurately
- Review and verify shipment records, packing slips, and transportation documents
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and warehouse personnel in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities
- Enter and update warehouse data within inventory management systems
- Operate a stand-up forklift safely to move, load, unload, and organize products within the warehouse
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements for the Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver:
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver
- Experience handling warehouse documentation and shipping records
- Forklift operating experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
