Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise production, packaging, and warehouse employees.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Lead, train, coach, and support production staff.
• Monitor production lines, complete inspections, and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain GMP, SOP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, and HR teams.
• Manage employee schedules, attendance, and daily production reports.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of Production Supervisor experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Spanish required; English preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot and cold production environments.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
