Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Weekend availability as needed
Responsibilities
- General office and administrative duties
- Prepare Purchase Orders, invoices, and billing
- Data entry and record keeping
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Support daily office operations and work well under pressure
Requirements
- Previous Office Assistant or administrative experience
- Good computer skills
- Experience with Word, Excel, Purchase Orders, and billing
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Organized, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Available to work weekends during busy season
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
