As a Solderer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through effective soldering techniques.
Solderer Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform soldering tasks on various components, ensuring high-quality connections.
- Utilize power tools and machinery for fabrication and assembly processes.
- Conduct inspections using calipers and ohmmeters to verify the integrity of soldered joints.
- Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and other electronic systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Solderer Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in soldering and assembly.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with electrical components and their functions.
- Experience using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement tools.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of machining techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
