Machine Operator

Manufacturing Associate/ Machine Operator Riviera Beach Area, FL $18 – $20 per hour We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associates with hands-on manufacturing experience to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist throughout the plant by operating machines, performing production tasks, and supporting shipping and assembly processes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Operate machines that have already been set up. Perform simple production tasks in the manufacturing process. Prepare and load parts according to instructions. Perform product assembly and basic production work. Conduct simple in-process inspections to detect quality issues. Ensure materials and documentation are accurate and complete. Verify certifications against customer specifications and routing procedures. Assist other team members to keep machines running efficiently. Support additional production or shipping tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to use or learn precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Basic computer skills Ability to read and follow written procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas of the plant Additional Skills Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Willingness to learn additional machine operations Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards Good communication with coworkers to improve production flow Flexibility to adjust work hours based on production needs #Pro123
