We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
- Change over production lines, including molders and packaging machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Repair and maintain bakery/manufacturing equipment
- Perform minor facility repairs and general maintenance as needed
- Support equipment setup, adjustments, and line readiness for production runs
- Ensure all work complies with safety and food manufacturing standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Qualifications
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Experience working with packaging machines and production line changeovers
- Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
- Comfortable performing general facility/maintenance mechanic tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
