We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freezer Palletizer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking, wrapping, tagging, and organizing finished products in a freezer environment. You will ensure pallets are safely built, properly labeled, and ready for shipment according to customer requirements.
This position also supports general warehouse operations, including moving product, restacking pallets, staging items, assisting with cycle counts, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack, wrap, and label pallets according to specifications
- Ensure pallets are stable, organized, and accurately documented
- Work in a freezer environment while maintaining safety and efficiency
- Operate an electric pallet jack safely to move products
- Assist with staging, restacking, and general warehouse support
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Support cycle counts and verify product quantities
- Follow all GMPs, safety rules, and food handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and production teams
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or palletizing experience preferred
- Electric pallet jack experience required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in cold/freezer environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting
