Data Entry Clerk
Location: Vero Beach, FL
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our packinghouse shipping and inventory operations. This position involves entering and maintaining inventory data, reviewing shipment schedules, printing labels and tags, tracking product movement, and assisting with order fulfillment activities in a warehouse environment.
Schedule
This role rotates every two weeks between:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily shipment run sheets and orders
- Enter and maintain inventory and shipping data
- Print product labels and shipment tags
- Track inventory using scanners and computer systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain records
- Verify orders and support shipping operations
- Communicate with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Previous data entry, inventory, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required; Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
- Ability to work in a cold environment (45–50°F)
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Work Environment
Indoor packinghouse environment. Full-time position with 40 hours per week and overtime opportunities during peak seasons. Weekend, holiday, and additional hours may be required as needed.
