Shipping & Logistics Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $24–$30/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a hands-on Shipping & Logistics Manager to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and transportation operations. This role will start by managing a small team and offers growth opportunities as the business expands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (parcel, LTL, TL, import/export)
- Pull, verify, package, and ship customer orders
- Receive and organize incoming materials
- Schedule transportation and work with freight carriers and brokers
- Coordinate with manufacturing, packaging, and customer service teams
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
- Support e-commerce order fulfillment
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel
Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of freight scheduling and transportation coordination
- Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ERP/EDI systems preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Forklift experience preferred
