Gillette Heating & Air is actively hiring an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead new construction installation crews and oversee residential field operations across our growing division. Pay & Benefits:
• $70,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials

About the Role:
As an HVAC Field Supervisor (New Construction), you will oversee daily residential HVAC installation operations while remaining actively involved in field leadership. You will manage crews, coordinate schedules, ensure project timelines are met, maintain quality standards, and work directly with builders, project managers, and company leadership to drive successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead HVAC installation crews; oversee daily field operations; coordinate with builders and project managers; maintain job schedules; ensure code compliance and installation quality; troubleshoot field issues; mentor installers; maintain productivity; manage multiple projects; ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Strong HVAC or construction background; previous supervisory, foreman, or crew lead experience required; strong communication and leadership abilities; scheduling and project coordination skills; quality control mindset; dependable and professional work ethic; valid driver's license with insurable driving history.
