About the Role
As the HVAC Installation Field Supervisor, you will oversee daily residential HVAC installation operations while leading crews in the field and supporting project execution from start to finish. You will coordinate with builders, project managers, installers, and company leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule, quality standards are maintained, safety expectations are met, and customer and builder relationships remain strong. This position plays a critical role in developing installation teams, improving productivity, and ensuring successful project completion across multiple residential construction sites.
What You'll Do
Lead and support HVAC installation crews across multiple residential new construction projects while maintaining a strong field presence. Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and project timelines to ensure efficient workflow and on-time project completion. Work closely with builders, project managers, and company leadership to address field challenges and maintain strong communication throughout the construction process. Conduct quality control inspections, ensure installations meet company standards and code requirements, troubleshoot field issues, mentor and develop installers, promote jobsite safety, and drive productivity across all assigned projects.
What We're Looking For
Previous HVAC installation experience is required. Candidates should have experience leading crews, supervising field operations, or serving in a foreman, lead installer, superintendent, or similar leadership role. Residential new construction experience is strongly preferred.
Successful candidates will possess strong communication and leadership skills, project coordination experience, scheduling knowledge, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high-quality workmanship. A strong understanding of residential HVAC installation practices, construction workflows, safety standards, and productivity management is essential. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
