About the Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service and professional recommendations. You will work independently in the field while receiving support from an experienced leadership team committed to helping you succeed. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, customer interaction, and significant earning potential.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and indoor comfort equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and system evaluations while identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability. Educate homeowners about repair options, maintenance recommendations, indoor air quality solutions, energy-efficiency improvements, and system replacement opportunities. Complete accurate service documentation, maintain professional customer relationships, and efficiently manage daily service calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of two years of residential HVAC service experience is preferred. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair abilities with experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional appearance, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build trust with homeowners. EPA certification is required. Additional industry certifications are a plus. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
