Leading global $multi-billion Alternative Investment firm is seeking a Middle Office / Investment Operations Analyst / Associate – Hedge Fund to join its Middle Office team supporting a multi-asset investment platform spanning equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and private markets. Exposure to private credit or structured products is beneficial but not required. This role offers strong exposure to front office activity and is designed for a professional with a solid middle office foundation looking to expand across asset classes and investment strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Support trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other asset classes
- Validate trade details, allocations, and settlements across systems and counterparties
- Perform daily position and cash reconciliations and resolve breaks
- Maintain data integrity across OMS, PMS, and accounting platforms
- Investigate discrepancies across trades, pricing, and cash
- Partner with investment teams, operations, and fund administrators
- Support audit, investor reporting, and internal control processes
- Assist in valuation, P&L, and exposure reporting
- Support liquidity management, cash tracking, and funding processes
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of middle office, operations, or fund accounting experience
- Experience in one or more core areas: trade support, reconciliations, or reporting
- Exposure to equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, or private markets
- Familiarity with systems such as Aladdin, Enfusion, Geneva, CRD, SimCorp, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to valuation or liquidity processes is a plus
- Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, CPA) are a plus but not necessary.
