Leading global banking and financial services institution is seeking a “Vice President of Liquidity Reporting” to join its Financial Accounting & Regulatory Reporting organization. This role offers hands-on ownership of FR 2052a liquidity reporting, strong visibility across Treasury and Finance, and regular interaction with regulators and senior stakeholders. The “Vice President of Liquidity Reporting” plays a key role in liquidity regulatory reporting, governance, variance analysis, reconciliation, and regulatory engagement with close coordination across Treasury, ALM, Finance, Internal Audit, and Regulatory teams. Responsibilities include the following:
• Ownership of end-to-end preparation and submission of the FR 2052a U.S. regulatory liquidity report
• Ability to perform variance analysis, investigate drivers of change, and communicate results to management
• Reconciliation of FR 2052a results to ALM outputs and related regulatory reports (FR Y-15, FFIEC 002)
• Experience ensuring data integrity through reconciliations across source systems
• Partnering with Treasury, ALM, Finance, Internal Audit, and Regulatory teams
• Maintaining procedures, documentation, and internal controls
• Supporting regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits
• Staying current on evolving regulations and industry best practices
• Providing regulatory guidance on new products and initiatives
Qualifications:
• 6–10 years of experience in liquidity or regulatory reporting
• Strong knowledge of FR 2052a
• Familiarity with FR Y-15 and FFIEC 002
• Experience with Axiom or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Exposure to senior leadership
