Who You Are
You are an experienced healthcare construction professional with a proven ability to lead complex projects in active, highly regulated environments.
You will bring:
- 10 years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven success managing large-scale healthcare construction projects
- Strong expertise in preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client leadership
- Experience delivering projects in occupied healthcare environments while maintaining patient safety and operational continuity
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations, infection control requirements, and compliance standards
- A track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Experience overseeing projects with budgets exceeding $10M
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling platforms including Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across technically demanding projects and diverse project teams
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead healthcare projects through all phases, from preconstruction and design coordination through closeout and turnover
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, logistics strategies, phasing plans, and risk assessments
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management processes
- Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to maintain efficient and safe project execution
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection prevention protocols, life safety standards, and operational requirements
- Manage contracts, negotiate scopes, and proactively resolve project challenges
- Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout all project phases
- Mentor Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers while supporting team development and growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities and long-term partnerships
