Project Engineer
Supported project management and field operations teams throughout all phases of construction projects, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, scheduling, and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilitie
- sMaintained and tracked project documentation, including requests for information (RFIs), change requests, design revisions, quality control records, submittals, and other project-related communications
- .Coordinated site administration needs, including onboarding documentation, access credentials, and office resource management
- .Scheduled and monitored deliveries of materials, equipment, and project resources to support construction activities
- .Assisted with project estimating, cost forecasting, and budget tracking
- .Worked closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely execution of project requirements
- .Participated in project meetings and provided updates on project progress, logistics, and action items
- .Prepared and administered purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and related procurement documentation
- .Assisted in developing project procedures and operational plans when required
- .Tracked productivity metrics and supported project performance reporting
- .Coordinated site access, compliance, and workforce credentialing requirements
- .Assisted with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules to support timely project completion
