Asset Management - Digital Infrastructure Platform

We are working directly with a leading fund who is scaling the asset management function across one of its high-growth digital infrastructure portfolio companies. Multiple hires are planned across levels - from Senior Associate / Manager through to Director, VP, and EVP.

The platform is accelerating hard on the back of strong hyperscale tenant demand, active portfolio expansion, and increasing sponsor pressure to build proper portfolio-level financial and operating discipline as the business matures. This is a build role as much as an operating one - successful candidates will help institutionalize the AM function and translate portfolio activity into disciplined performance reporting, capital deployment decisions, and value creation on assets already in the ground.

This is an opportunity to join an operator/platform environment with direct exposure to:

• Portfolio-level financial performance and NOI optimization across a scaled hyperscale portfolio

• Sponsor and lender-facing reporting, covenant compliance, and capital markets partnership

• Capital deployment decisions across the existing portfolio - expansions, retrofits, refinancings, dispositions

• Institutional-grade portfolio management infrastructure build-out

• Direct partnership with the CFO, CIO, and executive sponsor teams

The team is particularly interested in candidates currently within:

• Asset Management / Portfolio Management at digital infrastructure or DC operators

• Operations Finance / Commercial Finance at hyperscale platforms

• Strategic Finance / Corporate Development at PE-backed digital infrastructure businesses

• Investment / Portfolio Management at infrastructure funds with DC coverage

• Real Estate Asset Management from industrial REITs, telecoms, or towers

Typical profiles of interest:

• Senior Associates through to EVPs from DC operators, hyperscale platforms, or comparable capital-intensive infrastructure businesses

• Candidates with hands-on experience across NOI optimization, tenant credit, CapEx planning, and covenant reporting

• Finance professionals with strong portfolio-level analytical and financial modelling foundations

• Investor-side candidates from infrastructure private equity, credit, or REITs looking to move to an operator-side platform seat

• Real estate professionals from industrial, telecom, or tower infrastructure backgrounds
