They are looking to hire an experienced MEP Superintendent (Mechanical or Electrical Bias) to join a major ground-up data center project in Childress, Texas. This role will lead the MEP scope from installation through commissioning, working alongside project teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all MEP field activities on a ground-up data center project
• Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors
• Drive schedule, quality, safety, and commissioning milestones
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and trade partners
• Resolve field issues and maintain efficient project execution
What They're Looking For:
• Experience as an MEP, Mechanical, or Electrical Superintendent
• Data center or mission critical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
• Willingness to travel across the U.S.
• Proven leadership and project delivery experience
