We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at a multifamily community in Aurora, Colorado. This role is responsible for overall property performance, team leadership, resident satisfaction, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Lead, train, and hold the on-site team accountable to AAM standards
- Manage budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquencies
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, local/state laws, and AAM policies
- Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrity
- 3 years of multifamily property management experience (Community Director/Property Manager preferred)
- Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skills
- Strong leasing experience
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and New Mexico landlord-tenant laws
- CAM, ARM, or CPM designation a plus
