Overview
Advanced Asset Management is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at our properties in Sherman and Dennison areas, Texas.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing and performing all aspects of property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs, while ensuring the community is maintained to company standards. This role manages daily work orders, conducts routine inspections of units and common areas, prioritizes and resolves maintenance issues efficiently, coordinates with vendors as needed, maintains accurate records, and ensures all work is completed safely, timely, and in compliance with company policies.
Experience
- 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience; prior supervisory or technician experience preferred.
- Certified in HVAC. Skilled in plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with property management software a plus.
