Community Director
Park Cowork | Full-Time | On-Site
Park Cowork is seeking a motivated, people-focused Community Director to oversee daily operations, lead member experience, and drive occupancy and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys community-building, sales, and running a dynamic workspace.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests
- Manage daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and facility standards
- Build relationships with members and foster a positive coworking community
- Plan and execute community and networking events
- Conduct tours and manage the sales process from lead to move-in
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
- Manage member onboarding, billing coordination, and account changes
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and janitorial services
- Track occupancy, revenue, and basic reporting
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Opening shift (7:30 AM–3:30 PM) or closing shift (9:30 AM–5:30 PM)
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 base salary
- Commission: 15% of first month’s revenue on new memberships and eligible event bookings
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Reimbursable health and dental insurance available after 90 days
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales or hospitality experience preferred
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
