Learning Coordinator
Hybrid in Waltham, MA – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
6-12 Month Contract, potential for extension
Summary
Our client is seeking a Learning Coordinator to support the coordination of commercial learning activities. This role involves managing multiple education programs, working closely with stakeholders across the organization, and overseeing platform management and content curation. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Learning Team and stakeholders to plan and execute training programs
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including scheduling, materials, and internal communication
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for training sessions and meetings, documenting notes and action items
- Provide support to participants and instructors, addressing issues during training events
- Oversee day-to-day operations of learning platform(s), including user management, reporting, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks
- Upload, organize, and maintain educational content on learning platforms
- Develop and distribute surveys, and lead the reporting and analysis of survey data
- Complete additional duties related to program support as assigned
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in coordinating educational programs or training sessions
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and maintain high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively

- Experience with educational technology and learning management systems
- Experience supporting onboarding or training programs in a corporate setting
- Analytical skills for program evaluation and reporting
- Flexibility to support onsite meetings, including occasional Monday through Friday commitments
