We are seeking a detail-oriented Training & Learning Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and learning programs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, and learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in training, learning, educational programs, or project coordination.
- Experience coordinating training programs or educational sessions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Experience with learning platforms, survey tools, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Work Arrangement
Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday–Friday). Flexibility is required for occasional additional onsite meetings and business needs.
