Our hotel is hiring Restautrant Severs. $11.50 per hour
A restaurant server's job includes greeting guests, presenting menus, taking food and drink orders, and delivering them efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience. They are also responsible for managing payments, clearing and resetting tables, and handling customer complaints with a friendly and professional attitude. Key requirements are strong communication and multitasking skills, physical stamina for long periods of standing, and the ability to work well with kitchen and bar staff.
Responsibilities
- Guest service: Greet customers, present menus, answer questions about ingredients and specials, and take orders accurately.
- Order management: Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure all special requests are met.
- Table maintenance: Clear and reset tables after guests leave, clean the dining area, and ensure a tidy and sanitary environment.
- Payment processing: Issue bills, accept payments, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Problem-solving: Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other servers and restaurant staff, assist with tasks as needed, and maintain a positive team environment.
Skills and qualifications
