Qualifications
- Monitor and contact customers who send internet sales inquiries into the dealership as well as handle all inbound sales calls and website chats
- Work directly with customers via phone, email, text and chat to help determine their automotive needs
- Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
- Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
- Multi-task using several platforms and online tools for customer profiles and inventory information
- Work in a team environment
- Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
- Prior customer service experience required
- Prior Business Development Center (BDC) or appointment setting experience a plus
- Good verbal and written communication and grammar skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Dependable
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be able to sit for several hours
- Retail hours, some nights, most weekends and holidays required
