- Coordinate with sales teams to facilitate appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain a positive front desk presence and ensure a welcoming environment.

- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and customer interactions.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-line phone systems and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
