  • Utilize SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to extract data and generate performance reports.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time, including PM compliance percentage, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), overall downtime, backlog status, and the planned versus unplanned maintenance ratio.

Budget & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist in managing Operational Expenditures (OPEX) related to maintenance activities.
  • Support Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) management and control processes.
  • Control and coordinate external vendors providing specialized PM services (e.g., infrared thermography, acoustic imaging, vibration analysis, temperature monitoring).
