Key Responsibilities
Designs and/or specifies manufacturing systems to be used by Gerresheimer
- Establishes critical process parameters and/or design criteria for such equipment prior to project implementation.
- Structures project activity to meet budget, performance and schedule goals.
- Manages resources within the project to achieve stated project goals.
- Maintains the project technical, performance and spending records for future reference, to maintain and improve equipment over its useful life.
- Trains others on how to utilize process equipment for the good of the company.
- Troubleshoots manufacturing problems and recommends or implements ways to reduce reoccurrences. Assists other engineers with technology and project specifics.
- Performs and presents financial assessment of projects to show benefit and cost projections that allow managers to judge projects in a non-technical way.
- Observes all safety rules and regulations and performs jobs in a safe manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus five years relevant experience, or Master’s Degree plus three years relevant experience.
