Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle titles and documents.
- Work with DMV and other regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with sales, finance, and service departments to coordinate title-related activities.
- Resolve title and registration issues promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar automotive administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of DMV procedures and vehicle titling processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency with office software and dealership management systems.
