Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Company Processor located in Cape Coral, FL. The Title Company Processor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing real estate transaction documents, coordinating with clients and agents to facilitate the closing process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional duties include managing escrow accounts, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to coordinate effectively with clients, agents, and other professionals.
- Experience in escrow management and notary services is essential for the role.
- Basic accounting knowledge and skills to manage escrow accounts and handle transactions accurately.
