This full-time, on-site Senior Construction Project Manager role is based in Milledgeville, GA. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors, construction teams, and relevant stakeholders, and optimizing resources for efficient project delivery. Additionally, the role requires the individual to adhere to safety protocols and maintain quality standards across projects while addressing construction-related challenges as they arise.

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination, ensuring effective schedules and communication across teams
• Experience with Budgeting and cost management for construction projects
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, and construction safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Previous leadership experience in a senior construction project management role is a plus
